Party goes to church where they speak at length with Donavich, the cleric. Don senses the evil, invisible Beulah and is uneasy. Speaks with Clayfoot privately and expresses his concern. He cannot let the party stay--does not feel it is safe. He recommends they go see Ireena, who is now alone in the Baron's mansion. Don does not believe she has been turned into a vampress.
